akoyaGO tables
A quick reference to akoyaGO tables

Grants management

REQUESTS

The Request table stores information associated with a request record for funding by an organization (grant) or by an individual (scholarship).

FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES (AKOYAGO WITH ACCOUNTING)

The Funding Opportunity table tracks the foundation’s proposal to a Fund for support of a Request. After a Request is received, the foundation can share it with fundholders as a Funding Opportunity.

PAYMENTS AND REQUIREMENTS

The Payments and Requirements table has two record types that are linked to Requests. Payment records detail the payment information on the request, including the amount paid, the source of the funds, and the date of payment.
