This is part three of a three-part series focused on building a Phase form in GOmanager Simple Form Builder. 

Using the GOapply Simple Form Builder Knowledge Article as a Guide, this Suggested Learning Course walks through building and managing grant or scholarship forms using GOmanager Simple Form Builder, from opportunity setup through submission. You will learn how to build a phase form; more specifically, add mapped and unmapped questions, organize pages and panels, apply basic logic, and use default values to streamline data collection. This course is ideal for GOapply Administrators who want to design, test, and maintain phase forms while ensuring clean, usable data in akoyaGO.
