Using the GOapply Reviewer Administrator Guide, this suggested learning course provides a comprehensive walkthrough of setting up and managing the GOapply review process, including Review Groups, Review Forms, scoring options, and submission assignment. You will learn how the GOapply UI, GOapply area in akoyaGO, and GOmanager Form Builder work together to support reviewers, as well as best practices for organizing review cycles and reporting on review responses.

       Components of GOapply Reviewer

      This video introduces the three main components involved in the GOapply review process - the GOapply UI, the GOapply area in akoyaGO, and the GOmanager form builder - and explains how each is used by reviewers and administrators.
      You’ll also learn which Security Roles are required and how Review Groups, submissions, and review forms work together.

      This video demonstrates how to create a new Review Group, including naming the group and selecting the appropriate Opportunity and Phase. It also explains optional features like setting a Scholarship and Lead Reviewer Recommends options.
