goapply: access later phases for mid-cycle requests

This guide will walk you through bypassing phases for organization Requests that were not submitted through GOapply. This could include Requests that were imported from another system and/or Requests that have been manually entered by the foundation. By selecting the appropriate phase for the applicant, they can complete later phases in GOapply, even if the initial application was not submitted this way.
Important note – these instructions are only for organization requests. This process will not work for individual requests.
Use “invite constituent to apply” TO create A status tracking record
Before beginning this process, ensure the Primary Contact on the related Request has a Parent Constituent on their contact record. A Parent Constituent is required for the process to work.
Gather information needed from GOapply
Go to the GOapply app and make note of the GOapply App ID and Phase ID that you want your applicant to access. These ID numbers are needed in a later step.
Run Invite Constituent to Apply workflow
This flow will create a GOapply Status Tracking record and will send an email to the Primary Contact of the Constituent letting them know their application has been moved to the next phase in GOapply. They can log in or register if they have not yet used GOapply to access the appropriate Phase.
Find the Request record that was not started in GOapply, but you want the Applicant to now access later phases. Make note of the Request number, as you will need it later. Click on the Applicant's name to go to their Constituent Record.
Once you are on the correct Constituent record, choose Flow from the top bar. Choose Invite Constituent to Apply
If prompted to sign in, click on Continue
Enter the GOapply App ID for the Application you would like the Applicant to access.
Enter the GOapply PhaseID for the specific Phase you would like the Applicant to access.
Click on Done
Click on akoyaGO with accounting (or akoyaGO) to change apps
Select the GOapply application
Go to the GOapply Status Tracking entity
Search for the new GOapply Status Tracking you created with the workflow. You can do this by sorting the Created On date from newest to oldest, searching for the Applicant's name, etc.
Select the Status Tracking record you created.
Enter the appropriate Request number
Click on Save
