I wondered why I was getting emails that someone had posted to this thread. Hello Chelsey!
-
Our fund statement currently shows grant expense lines based on Posting Date. We have some scholarships and grants that are paid over multiple years. The payments are entered using the same posting date with the Est. Grant Payment Date set to pay in the future years. Unfortunately, this means all of those payments are showing on the fund statement at once.
Does anyone have their grant expenses showing by Payment Date instead?

I really like this idea, Kathy!

Not sure if you have received an answer on this yet. Unfortunately, the email address cannot be changed in the GOapply User record. You will notice it has a little lock next to that field. The answer is to have the applicant create a new account using a different email. Make sure the Parent Constituent on the new user record is correct. Then go to the GOapply Status Tracking record of the sumitted application and change the GOapply User to the new email address.

Linda - the submission page that was updated globally looks a lot better. Thanks for the screenshot example. However, when I impersonate a user and submit a scholarship application it still looks the old way. Is this because the application was duplicated?
Laura - you can remove or change the verbiage "Thank you for submitting the survey." In GOmanager open the application form, make sure the dropdown on the right shows, "Form" and scroll to the bottom. Click on Show Completed. There are 3 different message boxes you can edit.

Linda - I want to know how to do this too, please! Lisa

I actually had this exact problem this week. We had a grant application open on Thursday, February 1st at 8:00 am. I had to put a reminder on my calendar to publish the application and it didn't get done until 8:30 am. Lisa

Hi Laura,
In the GOapply app click on Users, find the one you want and click on it, then click on Status Tracking to show all of their applications and the status. Let me know if I've misunderstood what you are looking for. Please feel free to email me at lisa@waynecountyfoundation.org
Best,
