In akoyaGO, different systems and integration users are used to support administration, troubleshooting, and data exchange between GOportals, CRM, and Business Central. You will often see these users listed in the Audit History of a record for tables with auditing enabled as the Created By or Modified By user, or as the record's Owner.  
 
Please note updates made via background workflow processes may list the owner of the workflow process as the user who made changes. 
 

akoyaGO Admin is the user used for support, troubleshooting, and contracted new work. This is the user the akoyaGO team uses to log in to your environment. For clients implemented before a specific period, this user may be called Bromelkamp Admin.

  BCO akoyaGO Integration

BCO akoyaGO Integration is the app user that sends data from GOportals to the akoyaGO CRM and from the akoyaGO CRM to Business Central. For clients implemented before a specific period, this user may be called Bromelkamp Integration.

  Business Central Integration

Business Central Integration is an app that sends data from Business Central to akoyaGO CRM.
