Distribution Type is a field that was added to the Scheduled Distribution table on March 15, 2025. If your organization was live in akoyaGO before that date, you will need to run this process to auto-fill the distribution type on all existing Scheduled Distribution records.
Distribution Type distinguishes whether a Scheduled Distribution is a grant or interfund distribution.
Run in Bulk from a View
From Fund Management
From a view Active Scheduled Distributions, select all records
From the drop-down Flow command bar option, select Populate Distribution Type.
This flow will check each Scheduled Distribution record to see whether Interfund Recipient is filled in. If it is, it will set the Distribution Type to Interfund. If Interfund Recipient is blank, the Flow will set Distribution Type to Grant. Depending on the number of records you have selected, this process may take a moment.
If you have multiple pages of Scheduled Distributions, run this flow on all subsequent pages.
