  • Processing Payments in akoyaGO (no Business Central content)
  • Using System View to process Grant Recommendations submitted through GOfund

akoyaGO users who will be working in the Grants Management area (typically Program Officers, Grants Managers, etc.)

This includes akoyaGO users who process donor-advised and/or competitive grants, scholarships, and payments. 

Finance users may also find this course helpful since it includes approving a request and processing payment in akoyaGO CRM.

This includes users who work with donors and those who enter/process gifts.

  • Creating a new Fund record and reviewing the fields on the Fund form
  • Running fund statements

*Please note this course is not only limited to users who set up new fund records since viewing information related to funds is also covered (i.e. grants made from funds, gifts made to funds.)
