Prerequisites

akoyaGO Best Practice: We recommend deactivating records rather than deleting them. 

 

Note: If something is deleted and needs to be retrieved, please follow the instructions.

 
 

  How to Restore Deleted Records in Dynamics 365 with Power Platform Admin Center


While logged into akoyaGO, open a new tab and go to admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com to access the Power Platform Admin Center.

1. On the left-hand navigation, select Environments. Click on the Production Environment (Production environments will not say "default" or "sandbox").


Click on the Production Environment


 

2. Click on Settings in the upper ribbon.


Click on Environment admin center settings


 

3. Click on Data management to expand. 


Click on Data management group collapsed


 

4. Once additional options load, click on View Deleted Records (Preview). This will open a new window to view all records deleted within the past 30 days.


Click on View Deleted Records (Preview) Leads to external site.


 

5. Select the record you would like to restore. Click on Restore in the upper ribbon.


Click on Restore


 

6. Click on Restore.


Click on Restore


 

Important: Recycle Bin files are only accessible for 30 days after deletion. We recommend deactivating records rather than deleting records.
