LEVERAGING MICROSOFT TEAMS IN AKOYAGO
Integrate Teams chat in akoyaGO to help your staff effectively collaborate without having to leave akoyaGO CRM.

SET UP STEPS
Go to your Power Platform Admin Center (admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com) and choose environments from the left nav bar. You can also take a tour of the page by clicking through this prompt.
Choose your environment from the list.
Settings
Once you’re in your environment, click Settings
Turn on Integration Settings
Drop down the Integration option and choose Teams integration settings.
Toggle the following settings to Yes:
- Turn on the linking of Dynamics 365 records to Microsoft Teams channels
- Turn on Enhanced Microsoft Teams Integration
- Turn on Microsoft Teams chats inside Dynamics 365
- Don’t forget to save!
Choose record type
Choose the record type that you want to integrate with Teams chats. For example, you may want to integrate with Request records so your Programs team can efficiently communicate about grants.
If you don’t see the record type you need in the list, choose Add a Record Type. Search for the record type, the name will match what it’s called in akoyaGO.
