Allow microsoft to send emails on my behalf

How to adjust personalization settings to allow Microsoft to send emails on the user’s behalf.

This needs to be turned on if using GOapply, or if a user's mailbox is used to send emails through an auto-email workflow.

1. Click on the settings gear in the upper right-hand corner of akoyaGO and select “Personalization Settings”
 

2. Click on the Email tab

3. Check the box next to “Allow other Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to send email on your behalf.
